Job Title: SAP Data Analyst

High Level Job Description:
- Under general supervision, collects, evaluates, and prepares research
and/or other complex statistical data for a specific unit of the
institution.
- Prepares statistical and narrative reports and recommendations, and
participates in the analysis and interpretation of data as appropriate.
- Develops, maintains, and ensures quality control of databases and may
assist in development and implementation of measurement systems.
- 4-6 years of experience.

Position Summary:
- One Up is a CLIENT cross-divisional global transformation program,
leveraging SAP. Release 9 is a large project within the overall One Up
program, delivering the SAP HCM (global HR and US payroll) components to US
employees across all divisions while delivering the global template for
future HCM implementations.
- This role will be part of the DMO Data Governance Team focused on
providing data governance support to Release 9.
- Data Governance support areas include data maintenance planning,
facilitating development of data and dual data maintenance procedures, cross
reference data management processes, metadata documentation and management,
and maintaining the data governance deliverables scorecard.
- The Data Governance Analyst provides support to program data leadership,
while working closely with other teams; process, technology, other
transformation/business support teams including baseline teams.

- Undergraduate degree required, and/or 10-12 years equivalent data support
experience
- Ability and professional maturity to handle confidential data as required
- Strong project management skills and excellent attention to detail and
follow-through
- Proven track record to deliver requirements working independently
- Tremendous work ethic and reliable; able to work well independently and
virtually
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong influencing and facilitative/consulting skills in working with
stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across a variety of
functions (IT, process, business, Human Resources and Payroll, data, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced dynamic team environment
- Experience with a large, complex SAP HCM or other HRIS implementation(s)
strongly preferred
- Familiarity with One Up methodology, processes and tools a significant
plus
- Proficiency in using the One Up tools such as Caliber, StarTeam are
important to perform reporting, analytic, tool support and compliance
responsibilities.
- Proficiency in using Excel is required to support responsibilities.
