Location: Plano TX Duration: 6 months *DESCRIPTION:** Candidates must be local to Plano, TX.* - Learn and apply the various One Up strategies and tools to execute tasks and complete deliverables for the R&T workstreams including: Communications, Organizational Impact, Organizational Readiness and End User Training. - Identify audience-specific needs and/or customization requirements within the end-user experience. Work with the R&T Lead and/or team representatives to determine an approach to tailor the end-user experience and corresponding deliverables to ensure organizational readiness. - Complete business-relevant, R&T tasks that reflect the functional solutions, such as: - Assist with the development of user profiles/business roles/enterprise profiles which are logical groupings of activities that will serve as the foundation for all end-user training and system access. - Develop documentation to educate business change network members on how to properly identify end-users via the role-mapping process Complete an organizational impact assessment, identifying changes to the organization, business processes, technology/tools, policies, etc Support business leadership in the development and execution of Action Plans based on the identified change impacts. - Develop and support delivery of functional communication messages, tailoring them to meet the needs of multiple stakeholder groups throughout the project lifecycle. - Work with Org Readiness to confirm training audience analysis information and support business readiness activities such as site expos, change network education, etc. - Develop a role-based training curriculum (inclusive of training course objectives, delivery requirements, assessment methods and duration). - Design and develop end user training materials (inclusive of course outlines, power point presentations, job aids, technical data sets, exercises, evaluations/assessments, etc). - Coordinate the recording of Business Process Procedures (BPPs) by Process Team members; polish the final documents to ensure they meet the needs of the business user community. - Coordinate the review and sign-off of training materials by Process Team members and Training SMEs. - Develop change guide materials to drive understanding within the business of what is changing. - Prepare trainers by participating in and delivering Train-the-Trainer sessions. - Participate in training delivery, including classroom facilitation and providing tactical support to business instructors. - Support training deployment planning and execution. - Develop an in-depth knowledge of the business processes and functionality (technology) for their assigned process area in order to successfully develop and execute all R&T deliverables and activities. - Complete work plans tasks and milestones on time, manage workload, and escalate issues to the R&T and Process Team Leads. Gain business acceptance and sign-off on all deliverables. - Educate the Process Team Lead and team members regarding R&T scope, activities, milestones, and deliverables requiring their input, support and signoff.
