Must have Government Projects Experience Need Local Candidates must be available for direct Face to Face Interview Mandatory Requirements: Must have a minimum of 4 years experience developing web sites using one or more of the following tools and techniques: Developing user interaction models and user flow diagrams Site navigation maps User Accessibility and 508 compliance State vs stateless applications HTML, DHTML, CSS, XSL XML UML Microsoft tools Visual Studio .Net (or latest version) Visual Basic 6.0 ASP.Net or ASP IIS Version 6.0 FrontPage Java tools JSP Servlets Java Script HIS (Pass/Fail) Must have an understanding of database concepts and SQL commands. Must be familiar with MS Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP (or latest version of Microsoft Operating). 4 or more years application development experience using Object Oriented Analysis, Design and Development, XML, N-tiered client/ server development and Web services. Must have a minimum 2 years experience performing development work in RDMS, Visual Studio .Net, IIS, COM+ , Oracle 9i Oracle 10g, or higher and Windows NT/2000/XP(or latest version). Five or more years experience architecting, designing, and authoring the technical design for large scale N-Tier web applications using the following: VB.NET, Visual SourceSafe, ASP.NET, COM, Web Services, XML, ASP, COGNOS Report.NET and TOAD. Five or more years experience managing all phases of testing, ensuring test plans and test cases are completed and meet business requirements. Investigate and correct deficiencies based on the testing results. Creating test plan, Walk through, integration approach and strategy document, test cases, scenarios, conditions and scripts, generated system test scripts Load Runner, Test Director, QTP. Perform scalability, performance and stress testing using Load Runner to monitor the performance and analyze results. Performing various types of testing, such as functional, regression, user acceptance, negative and installation testing. Record and document test results-using Hewlett Packard-Quality Center products and providing status reports. Five or more year’s experience writing stored procedures and demonstrated experience in the design, development and testing of large complex enterprise applications using SQL Server and/or Oracle database(s). Including uupgrades, patches, .NET Framework changes, Oracle Database Changes, Data Warehouse Integration, VM (Virtual Machine) Infrastructure Modifications. Five or more years experience working with customers in the human services arena identifying and documenting business processes, rules, application user requirements and demonstrated experience in re- engineering current business processes.
