The person will be responsible for running, monitoring and maintaining the daily stress processes, as well as for supporting risk management on all queries. This role requires technical experience developing in C#.NET, VBA and SQL. The new team member will gain exposure directly to the risk managers and participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, with an emphasis on support. They must bring a full package of skills and be able to do analysis, architecture, development and support. They should also be able to understand the tradeoffs and issues in working in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
The candidate must possess exceptional communication skills. On a daily basis, this individual will work with risk managers, developers in their own team and collaborate with developers in related areas. The Qualified Candidate will: • Participate in all phases of software development from initial requirements through final quality assurance and implementation. • Support existing functions as well as support any newly created applications. • Function independently and own responsibilities from front to back. *Business and Technical Experience:* • A minimum of 5 years financial development experience within the Investment Banking industry.
