Please provide the following Details along with your .doc RESUME. ** * * *Job Title : Business Data Analyst* *Location : Houston, TX* *Duration :** 6 Months +* *Rate : DOE* *Job Description:* Business Data Analyst Responsible for developing and maintaining business and IT relationships which lead to accurate discovery, definition and realization of effective and efficient business Solutions using technology. Participate in design, development, testing, implementation, and support of information technology and/or projects. Provide business expertise while conducting business process and requirements analyses, solution assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses in an effort to align information technology solutions with the client's business strategy. Conduct development and implementation of effective solution testing and deployment. Analysis and Solution Definition • Quickly understand the business issues and data challenges. • Identify & document requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution via industry standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis and functional decomposition analysis. • Solicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing systems documentation or procedures Technical Recommendation and Testing • Conduct and lead testing efforts. • Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner. Work with business to identify required changes and follow change management process & procedures. • Communicate needed changes to development team. Project Delivery • Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules. • Take input from others and appropriately and accurately apply comments/feedback. • Communicate and apply project standards. • Manage and communicate workload and progress in accordance with project schedule. • Consistently deliver high-quality services to the business. Mandatory Experience Requirements • Knowledge and in-depth skills in both key business functions and the complete software development lifecycle. • Advanced analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management.
