*Location: Minneapolis, MN Duration: 7+ months Position Description*: Experience Level: 4 year degree and 10+ years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Description: Acts in the highest level technical role as an individual contributor and/or team lead for the most complex computer applications and/or application initiatives. Utilizes a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs. Works on the most complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires evaluation of intangible variance factors. Plans, performs, and acts as the escalation point for the most complex platform designs, coding, and testing. Leads most complex multiple modeling, simulations, and analysis efforts. Acts as expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development, testing, and implementation process.** *Required Skillset*: 5+ years experience with PeopleTools, including some experience with version 8.48 or above. 4+ years experience with real-time XML based integrations. 3+ years of techno-functional PeopleSoft CRM experience, including experience with the Sales/Marketing modules. 2+ years experience with data conversions into a PeopleSoft CRM environment. Familiarity with distributed systems architecture and SOA . Working knowledge of Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL. . Experience with different development methodologies including Agile, and RUP. Ability to understand very complex functional requirements and translate them into high-level requirements . Strong Aptitude to troubleshoot . Strong verbal and written communication skills . Independent and self-starter . Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills *Nice-to-have skills:* UNIX scripting experience . Experience with WebLogic version 8.x .
