*Business Analyst with Iconix* Location: West Chester, PA Duration: 6-12 months Consultant Rate: $40-45 *Interview Details: There will be a phone screen then a Face to Face. Local preferred as Face to Face is not optional.* ** *Biggest items from this requirement are experience with “Enterprise Architect” tool and ICONIX* This individual will be responsible for providing analytical support for the Corporate Electronic Commerce Teams, working with the business and IT teams to provide improved tools and streamlined processes. Successful candidate will be a technically savvy go-to person, able to communicate well with all levels within the organization and articulate the business needs, translating those needs into sustainable tools. *Candidates must have** **Iconix** **experience.* Responsibilities will include (and are not limited to): - Subject matter experts for Web Order Entry, Customer Self-Service, web features/functionality, and a variety of electronic commerce interchange applications (such as Ariba, SAP, SciQuest, etc). - Facilitate requirements gathering sessions. - Develop business specifications for system enhancements using Use Case diagrams and stories. - Conduct detailed data analysis as needed to support projects. - Work seamlessly with Enterprise Architects to recommend solutions for process improvements within existing environments. - Work effectively with remote E-Commerce business teams. - Work closely with other IT teams including Business Partners, Application Developers, Quality Analysts, Project Managers, and Infrastructure. - Perform related work as required.
