*Location is Marshall, MN. Marshall is 2 1/2 hours southwest of Minneapolis, MN.* Initial duration is May 1st. Most if not all of the team should last until Sept 1st and potentially beyond that. Get a commitment that people will stay until Sept 1st. Also No trips to India until after September. Must have skills: Very good to excellent communicators. Experience doing SQL Server queries. Prefer some experience with .net technology from a testing perspective. *Experience with Compuware tools.* The Test Lead will lead others and do hands on testing. 50% lead, 50% testing. Test Engineers will create test scripts and execute them. This is all manual testing. The Projects they will work on are all part of the Home Services Division. They are changing the future "look" of home services. Some of the changes they are working on are short term to help with their long term solution. One area deals with On Demand Delivery. They are redefining territories and service guarantees and creating special territories. They have a scheduling tool that changes delivery dates and time and can notify customers if a driver is running late, etc. They are also making changes in order inventory. For example today you place an order on Schwans.com for 10 steaks and later decide you want 10 pork chops and a bucket of ice cream you can't change the order. Additional projects include driver pickups with fleet software to narrow down times. They are also rolling out a new tablet device than is a thin notebook size to replace the driver handheld devices. This way the driver can show more pictures of products to the consumer at their home. Today they just have a limited catalog but it doesn't have 3D pictures of everything like this tablet device will. The goal is to create a better user experience at the door.
