   1. Siebel Configuration Lead - Hands on technical with at least 3
   projects, UCM (Universal Customer Master) experience extremely helpful.
   Strong communication skills. Will be hands on in leading the development of
   a new initiative for a major financial services client in San Francisco, CA.
   Should have hands on Siebel Configuration and a possible 8 to 10 years of
   experience  with a proven communication skill and leadership. A
   certification in Siebel is a plus and UCM experience is the top tag in the
   experience expected for this resource.
   2. Siebel Migration Lead - Hands on technical with at least 3 projects,
   UCM experience extremely helpful. Strong communication skills. Recent
   experience with Siebel migration involving Siebel UCM is a winning
   ticket. Will be leading a team of developers that will migrate from Siebel
   database to UCM database.

 Both the projects are for 6 months in San Francisco, CA and we can have the
preliminary interview by a team member within 24 hours and final client
interview within 48 hours. The rate we can offer to the top contender is
$50/hr.
