DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The Department of Information Resources (DIR) requires the services of one Enterprise Architect, hereafter referred to as Worker(s), who meets the general qualifications of *ITSAC Enterprise Architect 2 Category, Core Technology Type* and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC). All work products resulting from the project shall be considered “works made for hire” and are the property of the TWC. TWC may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. TWC will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s). One (1) Contractor will be working on the Employer Response TeleCenters Scanning Project to provide professional services to product customization and implementation for EMC Captiva (Formware, Input Acell, and Dispatcher). Multiple years of experience with these products are required. The successful candidate should be Captiva Certified. For the purposes of this project, privacy is defined as the protection of personally identifiable information of the citizens and businesses with whom TWC interacts. The contractor will: *A. *Assist in the Implementation of Formware, Input Acell, and Dispatcher *B. *Assist with customization of Formware, Input Acell, and Dispatcher *C. *Identify areas for improvement *D. *Provide architect expertise for virtual batching(Electronic Form identification and batching) solution using Formware, Input Acell, and Dispatcher *E. *Other duties as assigned. II. WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum Requirements:* Years Skills/Experience 10 Experience with Captiva products sweet (Formware, Input Acell, Dispatcher) Certification Required Captiva product Certification * * * Preferences:* Years Skills/Experience Understanding of general IT policies and practices at Texas state agencies. Familiarity with general best practices in government regarding computer security and privacy. Knowledge of and experience working with Texas Workforce Commission’s programs and information technology systems. * * * * * * *III. TERM OF SERVICE* Services expect to start as soon as possible and are to be completed by May 31, 2010. Total estimated Worker hours shall not exceed 537 hours. This service may be amended, renewed, and/or extended providing both parties agree to do so in writing. *IV. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION* A. Services shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated through the TWC. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM through 5:00 PM, excluding State holidays when the agency is closed. B. The primary work location(s) will be at 101 E. 15th Street, Austin, Texas.
