Writing scripts in Windows using Powershell, batch, and VBS, among others Securing and configuring desktop OS and applications through Group Policy Objects. Desktop standardization and uniformity for 30,000+ users Handling any issues in an accurate and timely manor Interact with users and team members who work with and use the system.
