*Job Description:* ------------------------------ . Software development experience, including needs assessment, program development, project leadership, and evaluation . Solid written and verbal communications skills, good leadership aptitude, and the ability to interface and communicate effectively at all levels within the company and within the customer community . Ability to define requirements, and create scope documents, user flows, mock-ups, and test plans . Have excellent time management skills: working on multiple projects and support multiple end users . Working knowledge of software/hardware technologies used within application development, including Microsoft platforms, the .NET Framework, and MS SQL Server database technologies . Ability to deliver products on time and on budget in a fast-paced and moderately structured environment . Proficiency in MS Project, Project Server 2007, SharePoint, MS Office, Visio and formal project management training . Highly motivated and confident, taking ownership and control of the projects . Demonstrate an excellent combination of business judgment and technical skills . Experience with managing conversion projects involving upgrades to newer versions in .NET .
