2.Good understating with Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC)
3.Good understanding on Project Management skills * Plans, Tracking,
Reporting, communication
4.Good understanding on Change Migration and Release process
5.Good Functional understanding with Core HR, ESS/MSS, eRecruit, Talent
Management modules
6.Strong Technical understanding on PeopleTools, Application Engine,
Component Interface, Integration Broker, Tree Manager Setup,
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM with at least 4 full life cycle implementation
experience
5+ years of strong technical experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine,
Component Interface, Integration Broker, Business Interlinks and SQR with
HCM modules
3+ years of Functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules with at least
4 of the following
PeopleSoft HR modules: Core HR, ESS and MSS, Talent Management,
Compensation, Staffing and eRecruit
5+ years of strong experience with Tree Manager and integration points with
all HCM modules.
3+ years of strong experience with PIA
Experience with data & business process standardization.
Demonstrates strong skills in project planning, execution strategy, issue
escalation, and project communications as well as client relationship
management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
Oracle SOA experience and PeopleSoft ELM is a definite plus.*
