The subject matter expert will also be expected to implement solutions * *using IBM WMB technology.* * * *IBM WMB has been selected as the strategic integration technology platform for the firm. * *It will be used to replace the Client proprietary integration message broker in 2010 and will be the deployed as the strategic message bus (ESB) for cross divisional message integration.* * * *- Create Blueprint for Standard Engineered IBM WMB (Websphere Message Broker) Server Build. * *- Create Blueprint for High Availability and Fault Tolerance of IBM WMB (Websphere Message Broker) Server. * *- Define and Implement IBM WMB security model for user roles and access control rules. * *- Gather requirements for monitoring and management tools. * *- Conduct analysis for the need to acquire additional monitoring and management tools. * *- Define best practices for WMB message flow development. * *- Define and construct WMB Message Flow development environment. * *- Design re-useable message flow templates for every legacy message integration use case. * *- Construct and test message flow templates. * *- Perform analysis of automating the conversion of legacy message integration flows to * *WMB (Websphere Message Broker) message flows.* *- Design, construct and test conversion tools for legacy message flows. * *- Deploy pilot WMB Integration into production environment. * *- Define framework for the generation and deployment of new message flows that can be used by support personnel with basic * *WMB knowledge.* *- Develop and implement a global knowledge share and training program to ensure staff is cross trained on IBM WMB. * *- Define best practices for WMB message flow deployment, management and governance. * *- Present Weekly updates to architecture and support teams. * *Qualifications: * *• Minimum 3-4 years of IBM WMB (Websphere Message Broker) experience specifically with message integrations * *using IBM WMQ and JMS. IBM WMB Technical Certification is a plus.* *• Expertise in messaging integration patterns. * *• Strong technical knowledge of messaging transports (JMS, WMQ), messaging qualities of service and message * *definition modeling.* *• Strong foundation in XML, SOAP and other message wire formats. * *• Working knowledge of different High Availability and Fault Tolerance strategies. * *• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering or other technical field required. * *• 3-4 years of IBM WMQ experience is required. * *• Strong analysis, communication and writing skills are absolutely essential. * *• Linux platform experience required (3-4 years of experience). * *• ESQL and Java programming skills are required.
