PSFT Functional Inventory and ePro Location: San Antonio, TX Length: 2 months Start: ASAP Interview :phone Rate: Open +expenses Client is looking for assistance with a review of its deployment and configuration of PSFT Inventory and eProcurement modules. This includes reviewing the integration set up between Inventory, eProcurement, Purchasing, AP and other related modules all on version 9.0. Included in this effort are a review of the fulfillment engine setup and the enablement of shipping functionality within Inventory. The result will be the retirement of the Logistics Management System or “”LMS" which is an internally developed MS Access application. Key tasks: • Evaluate, understand, and assess the “as is” Inventory, fulfillment and shipping process maps developed by the existing team. • Document a general summary of findings and recommended next steps• Identify functional gaps between the current LMS and FedEx cafe dependent processes and a delivered PeopleSoft Inventory shipping process. • Document the optimized “to-be” shipping process, recommendations, workarounds and alternative processes to mitigate any gaps. Client will provide LMS documentation • Refine thclient's “to–be” process maps to include the detailed processes necessary to meet customer requirements. Document the revised process • Deliver a demonstration of PeopleSoft Inventory capabilities to perform the functions defined in the “to-be” process maps through configuration of the USAA DEV, TEST and PROD environments • Facilitate a knowledge transfer to “system admins” and SMEs of key configuration and setup considerations for each functional area reviewed. • Provide a summary document of tasks completed, deliverables met and any additional strategic recommendations for client'’s consideration. • Facilitate any requirements gathering sessions.
