I have a very urgent position with my client here in for *Tivoli** Technical Lead. *Please go through the requirement and let me know if you have suitable consultant. * * *Please send resumes to **[email protected]*** * * *Role: Tivoli Technical Lead* *Location: **Boston**, MA*** *Duration: 3 Months+* *Rate: Open All Inclusive on Corp-Corp or 1099* * * *Client will require face to face interview after successful phone screen**. *** *Required skills*: · 6+ years designing and implementing solutions in the IBM Tivoli Service Desk product, 3+ years at Version 6 or higher; (Preference for work with 7.x) 3+ years experience as a technical lead in the support of the IBM Tivoli Service Desk product; · Expert knowledge of Tivoli Service Desk, including the Tivoli Service Desk Application Designer, Tivoli Service Desk schemas/tables/relationships and the Tivoli Service Desk Workflow Designer; · Expert skill with JAVA development in Tivoli Service Desk with a strong knowledge of Tivoli Service Desk JAVA class file structure; · Ability to produce technical designs and/or code for JAVA extensions; · Ability to write Tivoli Service Desk custom classes (not just Java classes); · Significant Service Management Experience; (Preference for ITIL) · Significant experience developing and supporting software solutions in Oracle or a comparable relational database platform; · Significant configuration and support experience using WebSphere or WebLogic.Java *Responsibilities:* · The responsibilities include the hands-on support and enhancement of the Tivoli Service Desk (Maximo) System.
