* * *Job Title : SAP **BI/BW Lead (GC/US Citi /EAD)*** *Location : **Jacksonville**, FL *** *Duration :** **6 Months+* *Rate : DOE* * * *Job Description:* They recently upgraded to ECC 6 and are currently developing reports using the newest edition of Crystal Reports XI along with Business Objects. This position will lead a team to define, develop and implement client’s Business Intelligence solution. Will work in a team environment to implement the business’s BI vision and strategy. Work closely with all business process owners and subject matter experts to identify, define, design and create reports and dashboards which will include Process KPI’s and organization’s Balanced Scorecard. Provides analysis, design, programming and publication of the reports using SAP BW, Crystal Reports, Voyager, Xcelsius and Business Objects Enterprise. In addition, this position will ensure the stability of the BI solution. Key Customers are employees requiring information/reports for fulfilling their duties and responsibilities. Key Accountabilities: 1. Define and create a global Business Intelligence environment, using SAP BW/BI and Business Objects Enterprise. 2. Understanding business challenges and translating them into requirements and solutions. 3. Working with the appropriate business representatives to gather and define daily, monthly and dashboard and balanced scorecard reporting needs. 4. Define and develop data structures to support reporting needs. Data warehousing modeling, staging and reporting. Defining, building, and controlling info-cubes, universes, aggregates, extractors, update rules, queries, reports, process chains etc. 5. Create specifications and reports using Crystal Reports and Voyager. This includes user acceptance testing, problem resolution and training to the user community. 6. Provide support and assistance for recently deployed SAP ECC 6.0 environment for all locations as it applies to BI/BW. 7. Provide training for power users and end users as necessary. 8. Active member of the global application team working to meet or exceed IT metrics of providing high level of customer satisfaction. 9. Participation in the overall realization and extension of the BI/BW strategy. 10. Evaluate alternative procedural and systematic solutions that meet needs while maintaining business standards. Works with managers and/or end-users to identify business requirements for reporting that improves productivity, reduces costs, better serves customers, and/or increases revenues 11. Eliminate performance issues and ensure environment has been optimized to quick deliver data to end user. 12. Configuration and implementation of profiles, roles, and authorizations. 13. Ensure the business group needs are being met and that assignments are delivered on time by participating in project/planning meetings and communicating regularly with IT management and IT and business teams. 14. Works directly with supervisor or other senior IT staff members. Work cohesively with other Information Technology resources, business analysts, consultants and business representatives during implementations and projects. 15. Stays on top of current and new SAP technologies. 16. Additional duties as assigned. 17. Decision Impact: Proper design, configuration, layout, coding, testing and implementation will have a positive affect on system performance and information flows. College degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent experience. 3. 5 to 7 years of relevant IT Experience. 4. 3 or more years of SAP BI/BW, BI configuration experience, and ABAP. 5. Report creation/publication experience with Crystal Reports and Business Objects Enterprise. 6. 4 or more years of Programming and/or system implementation experience. 7. Excellent communication skills required. Must be fluent in English, other language capabilities are desirable. 8.
