HI, Hope your doing good, Job description is below, Please reply back with your updated resume ASAP…. * * *Sr. Process Engineer * *Framingham, MA* *6 + Months* Staples SBD and Supply Chain Systems – Software Engineering Metrics & Process Consultant Primary Responsibilities: • Ownership of the SBD & Supply Chain IS metrics program o Partner with respective IS managers to deliver quarterly SBD & Supply Chain domain operating metrics; ensure consistency in metrics published; establish standard tools and processes to measure and track metrics; drive automation for metrics collection wherever possible o Monitor key IS performance indicators (operating metrics, project defect density data, project milestone variance data) and identify opportunities for improvement; partner with IS teams to create metric baselines and targets; launch focused process improvement initiatives to address key areas of improvement; measure effectiveness of improvement initiatives o Stay abreast with industry best practices to measure and quantify effectiveness of IS operations and processes; create metrics program maturity roadmap and guide the organization along the maturity journey • Guide IS teams in the adoption of published best-practices o Partner with IS teams to identify existing software engineering processes and best practices o Create and maintain a software engineering process adoption map across the SBD & Supply Chain organization – establish team-specific process maps that outline current and target process maturity levels; create and track progress against team-specific process maturity roadmaps o Drive process definition wherever required to fill process gaps o Facilitate continuous process improvement; evangelize best practices and drive their adoption across IS development teams; assist teams in tailoring the processes wherever required o Establish knowledge management repository and processes to maintain best practices and process documentation; accelerate process re-use and knowledge dissemination across SBD & Supply Chain IS teams Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in an IS/IT role • Sound knowledge of software engineering processes, project lifecycle models, and industry standard process maturity models • Proven track record of delivering significant operational improvements via software engineering process improvement; expertise in formal process improvement techniques • Solid communication skills • Knowledge of CMMI, Six Sigma, PMBOK and Agile a plus • Prior experience in a dedicated process excellence role (Green/Black Belt, SQA, etc.) a plus • Prior hands-on development experience a must • Prior hands-on project management and quality assurance experience a plus • Minimum Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree Warm Regards, Mike Maske - Technical Recruiter Aim Computer Consulting Direct : 734 591 3562 Ex. 1220 Mail ID : [email protected] <http://www.aim-cc.com/> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source J2EE frameworks" group.
