The technical skills include the ability to design software or customize software for clients using Agile SDLC Methodology. Must have at least 5 years of writing Manual test cases. Must have 3 years of writing detailed test plans. Must have 5 years of writing automated test scripts. Must have at least 3 years of leading and assigning tasks to junior testers. Must have 3 years of SQL. Must have use of Quick Test Pro (QTP) with VB scripting - 3 yrs.
