Location: FL Duration: 12 months Rate: Best market Rate BI Analyst/Technical Lead to supplement the BI Team. Ideally this person will have experience with all pieces of the Microsoft BI Stack (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Performance Point) as well as Sharepoint. They want to have this person work on a couple of smaller projects (50%) and give technical support for the other BI Analysts (50%). By technical support, they want this person to really be a SME with the BI Stack that can aide the other analysts when they have technical questions regarding the tools. This person does also need to be able to meet and work with the end-users/business so they cannot be a heads down BI developer. Ideally: "A Solutions Architect with soft skills." Responsibilities Include: - Working 50% of the time on BI projects/initiatives - Giving technical support to analysts/being a SME with the BI Stack 50% of the time. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - This person should also have the ability to communicate with users and document user requirements - This person should be able to document technical requirements for the database team - This person should be comfortable working in a team environment - Also might need to work with developers and help with their design. Required Skills: - 5+ years experience with the BI Stack - Microsoft BI tool experience/Sharepoint experience - Expert knowledge of the Microsoft BI Stack and ability to communicate and understand the capabilities - Expert requirements gathering skills. - Excellent soft skills.
