·         Structured analysis

·         Process design and creation

·         Process integration and changes

·         Use Case documentation

·         UML process and use case definition

·         Use of common methods like RACI, swim lane analysis

·         Data Analysis/Data Modelling

·         Completion of extensive PLC documentation deliverables for
EC/DR/RR/Go-live( eg test strategy, test plan,)

·         Strong understanding of Service Management (ITIL v3.0) concepts

·         Understand of TOGAF

·         High level Understanding DMAIC

·         End to end project lifecycle delivery

·         High level understanding of Architecture Frameworks and
Methodologies  like TOGAF

·         Strong analytical and project management skills

·         Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills

·         Excellent Problem Solving skills

·         Strong X-functional collaboration

·         Experienced Relationship Builder

·         Experience using Web 2.0 technologies (i.e. blogs, wikis, social
networking, etc.)



*Knowledge Helpful to the Role:*

·         Troux user experience

·         Basic knowledge and understanding of Enterprise Architecture

·         Technical experience in: JAVA. STRUCTS,  JNI, JDBC (DB adaptors)
