Experience with Call Management tools like Remedy. · Desired Skills: · Excellent technical skills using COCOA · Should be able to handle the situation independently. · Should be able under requirement from the business and transform these requirements to technical /design specifications · Should have good understanding of Apple Technologies including Cocoa, Cocoa Touch, Quartz, Core Animation, Core Data etc. . Should have good understanding of the Cocoa frameworks (AppKit and Foundation on Mac OS X, and UIKit and Foundation on iPad). · Roles & Responsibilities: · Development of new applications in IPAD using COCOA · Maintenance and support of existing IPAD applications · Provide Support including attend user calls to resolve their functional / process / operational/Technical issues · Coordination with the end user to update on ticket resolution · Identify recurring issues/alerts and conduct root cause analysis . Log calls details in Remedy/Service Management Tool. Track calls to closure Generic Managerial Skills: · Able to plan/track tasks/activities. .
