Position: Lead Performance Tester Location: Detroit, MI Duration: 6 Months Experience: 7+ years Role and Responsibilities Load Runner Subject Matter Expert Responsible for implementation of Load Runner scripts and performance test a myriad of web applications that compose a complex, highly distributed end-to-end system architecture. Fluent in QTP Tool & has experience in converting QTP functional test scripts to Load Runner performance test Fluent in working with Quality Center to manage the overall testing and automation effort, creating test cases, test data, and defect Management Good communication - written and oral, able to coordinate & deliver to the business and TCoE Demonstrate professional experience in implementing & lead performance test using Load Runner and QTP Tools. Must be able to interact with business, development, and operations stakeholders to understand the applications under test and how to properly exercise them in realistic business scenarios under the proper amount of load & stress. Must know their way around a relational database, including capability of implementing and executing basic SQL as well as inspecting the results of the SQL. Experience Requirements Excellent oral and written communication skills. Minimum of 5 years experience implementing performance test scenarios using Load Runner and surrounding components. Minimum of 5 years experience executing and managing tests and associated defects with the Mercury suite of products, including Quality Center, QTP and Load Runner. Minimum of 5 years experience executing performance testing using structured methodologies. Experience in database testing, SQL, PL/SQL, Stored procedures.
