Runs complex projects/programs from LTC SIT/UAT to production. 2. Facilitating and making trade off decisions between quality/costs/resources/scope/time 3. Working with all the stakeholders to define and execute the engineering program. 4. Managing all the changes and issues with the stakeholders. 5. Providing project plans that include scheduling, cost inclusion, etc 6. Defines test requirements and plan project lifecycle deployment. 7. Defines resources and schedule for project/program implementation. 8.Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning. 9. Plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones. 10. Directs and oversees project test engineering team and manages conflicts within group. 11. Performs team assessments and evaluations. 12. Efficiently identifies and solves project issues. Experience: Project manager with all required management skills.
