Our client is looking for business analyst with Oracle and SQL experience that has experience in a call center environment. (Managing projects for a call center) This people will be working closely with the clients to gather requirements and technically document all plans and schedules to then deliver to the technical teams for the upcoming release of the companys new CRM application. *MUST HAVES:* Experience creating business requirements Experience developing project plans and schedules Experience preparing routine project/task status reports Experience with specification documentation Communicates effectively with all levels including both technical and non-technical staff, internal and external to the company. Must be able to explain technical issues to non-technical people Communication Skills! Must be clear and concise in written and oral communications.
