08/30/2011 with possible extensions up to 12 months in total Short Description: Business Process Analyst with knowledge and experience in the areas of federal grants management and early child care provider management systems. Complete Description: The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) is seeking a qualified Business Process Analyst (BA) with knowledge and experience in the areas of business process engineering and early child care provider management systems at the state education level. The BA must have experience with the development and deployment of .Net products. The BA will expand on the existing assessment and lead focus group sessions with the business units to gather the requirements necessary to develop the System Requirements Specification (SRS) for the Financial Management (FM) module of the Early Child Care Subsidy Management System. The result will be the development of the SRS and use cases for the FM module to be used by the development team construct the system to meet the business processes of the FM group. The BA will work with the Early Child Care Subsidy Management development team, the Early Child Care Finance group, and report to the EIMS Project Manager.
