·         Upgrade BMC Remedy Information Technology Service Management
(ITSM)
suite to version 7.0 including the Action Request (AR) System upgrade.



·         Work with various client constituencies to analyze business and
technical requirements, map processes to Remedy functions, Application
configuration create user training and system documentation.



·         Thorough understanding of the ITIL processes is a must.



·         Responsibilities will also include account administrative tasks,
developing necessary interfaces and integrations, application administration
and configuration for the following, mainly ITIL (Information Technology
Infrastructure Library), business applications: Service Desk, Client and End
User Support Desk, Change Management, Incident and Problem Management,
Service Level Management, Asset Management and Configuration Management in
Remedy ITSM suite 7.0

*Skills Requirement:***



·         2 - 4 years of direct Remedy ARS system development and analysis
experience.



·         Thorough understanding of the Remedy ARS system ver 7.0/ 6.3
specific tools such as AR Admin, AR User, AR Import, Mid tier.



·         2+ years of experience with integration, and customization BMC
Remedy ITSM suite 6.3, including Remedy Asset Management, Service Desk,
Change Management, Service Level Management and* *BMC Atrium CMDB Enterprise
Manager. **



·         Experience with BMC - ITSM version upgrades to 7.0.



·         Thorough understanding of ITIL (Information Technology
Infrastructure Library), BS7799 processes.



·         Strong work ethic with ability to multi-task in a dynamic
environment with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.



·         Reporting experience using Crystal Reports a plus.
