This resource will aid in development of JAVA web services and data access objects to support the Transportation Systems development efforts. This resource must be able to design and implement code in the 3-tier architecture infrastructure being utilized. The architecture consists of ASP.Net front end interfaces, JAVA (Weblogic) middle-tier that contains the business logic and a SQL*Server database back-end. This resource should have experience in application architecture, design and development. The consultant should have at least 3-5 years of experience in this area.
