* Thorough knowledge of Remedy ARS development environment for v7.5.(Minimum 5 year dev experience a must). Experience in Performance Tuning and troubleshooting the ARS environment. * Knowledgeable and experience with Remedy API and Web Services. * Expert in BMC Remedy Dev Studio, BMC Remedy Data Import and BMC Remedy Migrator. * Knowledgeable about use of, installation of, and troubleshooting of the Mid Tier. * Familiarization and light-medium SA knowledge in Linux/Unix, especially how it relates to the Remedy standard installation * Familiarization and light-medium DBA knowledge with Oracle 10, especially how it relates to Remedy standard architecture and table structures * Tomcat/Apache * Understanding of Load Balanced environments * Ability to translate requirements into a well architected/integrated Remedy solution * Ability to use out-of-box (as it relates to Remedy or Non-Remedy) solutions.
