3.x, 4.x & vsphere, vCenter), VMotion, Cloning resource pools, snapshots, VM
performance monitoring, VMware architecture, design and implementation
experience including VMware migrations from 4.0 to 4.1. Setup configuration
and deployment of VMware ESX, vCenter server and VMs. Able to create
templates and manage very big setup of VM environment with very high
availability and very high P to V ratio.
