• Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of
Daptiv PPM Implementation project work efforts
• *Must possess documented experience in deploying Daptiv PPM in a global
enterprise*.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, able to
engage effectively at all levels of the organization and with vendors.
• Analytical and methodical problem solver.
• Deep understanding of PMBOK process groups and knowledge areas required.
• Able to coordinate professionals facing conflicting priorities.
• Proven ability to partner with various functions to enable organizational
change.
• Typically 6+ years of progressive broad-based IT and business experience.
• Typically 4+ years track record of successfully delivering complex
business and IT projects.
• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business
Administration or other technical discipline.  MBA beneficial.
• Able to hit the ground running.
• Experience with Daptiv PPM tool desired.
• Experience in a multi-cultural, global organization; fluent in English
with other spoken languages a plus.



*Overview:
*Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of
Daptiv PPM Implementation project work efforts. Deliver projects on time,
within budget, and to the stated deliverables thru the use of structured
project management processes. Responsible for assembling project plans and
teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily
basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and
escalating issues appropriately. Responsible for tracking key project
milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of
the customers. Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise
that impacts scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being
managed.  Assists PMO in partnering with senior management of the business
community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to
achieve the goals of the enterprise.  Reports to the Manager, IS/IT PMO.
Main Accountabilities:
• Be the primary contact for the project to business and IS/IT management.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders to ensure proper project
communications and participation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams comprised of business customers,
vendors and IS/IT resources.
• Ensure requirements are defined, understood and feasible.  Establish clear
expectations and scope with all stakeholders.
• Constantly evaluate the project’s ability to meet its objectives, and
refine plans or manage expectations as required.
• Balance and communicate expectations around schedule, scope and budget
while maximizing business value and customer satisfaction.
• Define and schedule deliverables, activities and milestones to ensure
accountabilities are clear to team members, business customers and vendors.
• Actively manage, report, and escalate project control points including
Risks, Issues, Milestones, etc.
• Advise team members in mitigating risks and resolving issues in a timely
manner.
• Maintain project status reports and present during project reviews, gate
reviews and steering committee meetings.
• Facilitate, document and distribute minutes of team meetings
• Coordinate with IS/IT Governance to optimize staff allocations in
scheduling project resources Performance Measures:
• On time, on budget delivery of agreed scope.
• Accuracy and completeness of initial scope; effective management of scope,
budget or schedule changes.
• Project deliverables meet business expectations
• The project uses IS/IT project management standards and tools.
• Identified risks have mitigation plans or a formal decision to accept the
risk.
• Best practices are identified and incorporated into projects.
• The project team contributes to IS/IT’s broader knowledge through
documentation, issue management or lessons learned.
• Proactive and innovative in managing challenges and quality.

Dimensions
• Company Project Management methodology and artifacts are based on PMBOK
• BMC Remedy is the IT Service Management toolset.
• Servers and PC’s run Microsoft Windows on Hewlett-Packard hardware and
storage.
• Sharepoint is the information portal standard.
• SAP is the primary business system supporting most business processes.
• Currently using Daptiv PPM tool.
