We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated   *HR/ Accounts Executive *who
can work *full time in our Edison, NJ office.* Prior experience with an IT

*     Job description and responsibilities are the following:*

Recommend and develop policies and procedures that are in compliance with
federal and state laws and regulations. Coordinating offer letter
authorization, background checks, and on-boarding, including New Hire
orientation. Compliance with I-9, Equal Employment Opportunity and related
employee focused regulations, candidate background checks, and other company
requirements. Regularly update the company policies and procedures as
needed, and maintain employee handbook related to such policies Benefits
enrollment for new employees, benefit changes and support of annual open
enrollment. Communicate regularly with insurance companies, and brokers
regarding changes in healthcare regulations. Make recommendations regarding
changes in the benefits program to maintain cost effectiveness and to
continuously improve employee satisfaction. Keep up to date with developing
trends in employee benefits. Facilitate approved employee changes in
applicable systems accurately and timely. Counsel employees and management
on employee relations issues and problems; ensure terminations are carried
out legally. Responsible for payroll duties assigned by management. Perform
other responsibilities as needed. Handling General Bookkeeping / Information
Systems, Human Resources, Billing / Invoicing / Accounts Receivable,
Accounts Payable, ADP Payroll etc. Coordinating all kind of legalities of
Employees with our Attorneys. Other duties as assigned.



*Knowledge, Skills and  Abilities:*

Knowledge of Federal and state employment laws. Ability to communicate
across various functions and levels through organization.



Good organizational and oral/written communications skills as well as the
ability to work both independently and in a team setting
Project management skills required
Demonstrated sense of urgency in responding to, and following up on, open
items
Detail-oriented and demonstrated analytical skills
Prudent decision-making skills

Demonstrated experience in maintaining highest level of confidentiality and
ethical behavior.

Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint



*Education:*

* *

Must have three (3) years of experience in Human Resources or related field,
or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the
required knowledge, skills and abilities.
* Bachelor*s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related
field preferred
