6 month Rate $50-55 *MAKE SURE ALL OF THEM HAS ALL THE SKILLS * This position requires for an experienced Sr. software engineer developing solutions as follows: Develop, configure, implement, select, and support software for a variety of Bechtel business entities. Lead hands-on effort to modify, develop, write and implement software applications Analysis, design, program, and implementation of new and existing systems Identify and implement technical innovations that add value and improve applications and work processes Develop system and application analyses Design application database schemas Design and develop web applications Develop application documentation Work closely with other groups to assure that business requirements are accurately represented in design and implementation phases Serve as a mentor to software engineers Receive direction from various business divisions and provide direction for software engineers Basic Qualifications Bachelors in Computer Science *6+ years software engineering and development in a Microsoft multi- tiered environment ** 5+ years design and development in a Microsoft .NET environment, particularly ASP.NET <http://asp.net/>, C**Ø** ** 2+ years experience with Microsoft Silverlight. Experience with building highly scalable and robust web applications Strong software analysis and design skills developing applications that are scalable to enterprise level. 5+ years SQL Server or Oracle experience including designing application database and deployment *Strong problem solving skills Excellent organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Ability to join an existing project and quickly become productive Working knowledge developing application for iOS Knowledge of the LAMP stack development and deployment Demonstrate ability to excel in requirement definition design and coding Experience with SSRS and SSAS and BizTalk Must possess good teamwork skills and work effectively with cross- functional, multi-disciplinary teams.
