* * *Location: Berlin - CT Duration: 5+ months* * * *Description* Oracle Lodestar development experience and proven expertise. - Serve as part of a large technical team that translates business requirements into technical specifications and then assists developing the Oracle Lodestar system to achieve the results. Must be able to write and change code for the Oracle (Lodestar) product. - Extensive experience in many aspects of the energy delivery process including retail, wholesale, and generation billing, retail and wholesale settlements, meter data management and validations, forecasting, pricing, and power purchasing. - Responsible for the overall architecture and technical design for large scale system implementations at many utility companies and ISO’s throughout North America, and preferably Northeast. - Will play project role that involves driving through business requirements and scoping process, translating those requirements into technical specifications, and implementing software to meet the objectives. - Their range of experience should enable the successful candidate to share a unique perspective of the entire energy process from generation to the end user and all the required business processes along the way. - 5+ years of Lodestar programming experience with the Oracle MDMS product(s) and must understand how business requirements translate into working solutions capable of handling even the most complex scenarios. - Proven track record and involvement in full scale projects. - Must have 5-11+ years Energy/Utility industry experience to understand terminology used. *Other skills: * Data Validations, Interface Design, EDI transactions, application life-cycle experience, Technical design of data model and application infrastructure, Application development, Testing, Documentation and Production Support, Ability to identify business needs and translate to systematic solutions, Excellent communication skills, ability to be a quick learner, highly motivated, ambitious, and the strong desire to lead and manage. *Best Regards,* *Allen Paul** *|* **ProSoft Technology Group, Inc.
