*Description:*



The Automation Remote Infrastructure Support Component maintains the
availability, reliability, and stability

of our Automation-related IT infrastructure (hardware) and applications
(software) within the Production

and Test Center environments by providing service restoration and change
implementation according to

the Service Level Agreements negotiated with our service receivers.



Automation Tools Support supports the monitoring tools of the
infrastructure, including but not limited to:

OpenView Operations (OVO) monitoring for all Windows, UNIX and Mainframe
platforms, Systems Center

Operations Manager (SCOM) for the Windows platform, NNM and Health/NetHealth
for monitoring network

devices, and Service Manager.



A candidate is needed with one or more of the following working knowledge :



- Perl programming

- Powershell

- OVO/OMU Tool

- HP Service Manager

- UNIX



The candidate must be a strong communicator and be able to explain technical
information in non-technical terms. An understanding of ITIL and Service
Management practices are a plus.
