Job Title: Sr. Peoplesoft HRMS Analyst Location: St. Paul, MN Duration: 6+ Months Contract 2 Hire Job Description: Basically I am looking for good functional analysts with PeopleSoft HRMS 8.9, 9.0 or 9.1 experience. They do not need to have developer experience and they don't have to be at the consultant level. They must have very strong analytical skills. For International - it's preferable that they have experience in UK, India, Ireland, Australia, Canada. Additionally, if they have done any type of interface work with ADP that would be ideal. The international person will assist my current HRIS person in the functional design of peoplesoft for global deployment and transition of payroll to ADP Streamline. This requires, functional specifications, testing, documentation, etc. For the HR/Payroll - this person will assist us in the current Peoplesoft 9.1 upgrade project. They will be responsible for gathering business requirements, documenting processes and creation of functional specifications. Additionally, testing and deployment will be needed.
