This developer will work on a small team to fix customer bugs in Java and C# applications interfacing with Oracle or MsSql Server database. The main operating systems used are Linux and Windows. The applications they will be working on are used by customers to read data and link different systems of data. The customers will request fixes to problems with the applications that will be triaged in an internal system. The candidate will then analyze what bug fixes need to be completed, design a plan, make changes, test changes, and then release patches to the customer. The projects are critical and must be addressed in a timely manner within an Agile environment. There will be no new development in this project. An ideal candidate will have good written and verbal communication, a positive attitude, and be able to take ownership of projects.
