development Signaling/Media  Standards - SIP,SDP, RTP(AVP/AVPF),RTCP, XMPP

Audio/Video Codec - AAC-LC/LD, Speex Wide Band,   H264 Baseline/Main/High
Profile, H264 SVC Standards

Internet Drafts and RFCs - RFC 3984,RFC3261, (further SIP and RTP standards)

*Design Expertise:*  Reliable, Scalable and Interoperable.

Should  have experience in building and designing the module/product that
seamlessly fits in the Unified Communication architecture.

Should have experience in building LAMP based rapid product as support
products  Should have experience in having built telecom/networking related
system software and not just application programming

*Programming Skills :* C/C++, PHP

*OS :* Windows/Linux

*Version Control :* SVN/GIT

*Tools :* GDB, Valgrind, Cunit, GNU Auto Tools.

*Design Patterns :* Observer ,Decorator, Abstract Factory

Good C based networking fundamentals

Good linux sockets and linux kernel optimization knowledge

Advantage to have knowledge on Telepresence, Cisco TIP (Telepresence
Interoperabilty Protocol) Media Transcoding ,H264 Standards, Unified
Communication Architecture

We are looking for someone to be able to use and hack open source libraries
and build /extend when needed.
