Job Title : *Business Systems Analyst *Location: Burbank,CA Duration: 12+Months Contract. *NEW CLIENT REQUIRMENT* *REQUIRED SKILLS: *Systems analysis, business process definition, process re-engineering and improvement Drives analysis needs to resolve day-to-day production issues Develops business analysis deliverables, including but not limited to workflows and process models, business requirements, use cases, and business rules Develops requirements and testing specifications for moderate to complex system enhancements Participate in full lifecycle application development Develop and manage application release communications *Qualified Candidates will meet or exceed the following requirements: *5+ years in business systems analysis with at least 2 years of experience with large scale and complex systems Strong understanding of financial applications (contract administration, revenue accounting, forecasting) Experience with multi-tiered architectures, including UI design, business rules layer, and basic data architecture Excellent communication abilities - written and oral Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences Effectively manage own time according to agreed-to priorities Proven project management skills Ability to work both individually and in a team environment Ability to multitask - will be supporting multiple projects in parallel *Tools* - Demonstrated proficiency in the below will be highly regarded Reporting - MicroStrategy, Crystal Reports Project Management - MS Project Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project, Visio *Other Desirable Skills: *Financial industry background a plus.
