INSURANCE Company ---We have an exclusive on this!!! maintaining production systems issues. Working with business units to resolve break/fix, rates changes, claims related applications issues. Applications here are personal lines, home owner policies issued nationwide. B/A is expected to act proactively to drive issues and process forward. Work attentatively with the business to assist with resolve to matters. Communicate with support S/W developers for added or changed functionality/features and coordinate with QA for delivery. Requirements: Personal lines insurance experience is a must, prefer 2+ years current, preferably Home Owners Insurance policy support or any personal lines.
