*Sr. .Net Lead *Location : Charlotte, NC Duration: 18+Months Contract. The Application Systems Engineer primary responsibilities will include: Assist with the development of standards and usage patterns. Develops plans for automated information systems. Integrates, tests, and debugs software components. Prepares required documentation including program-level and user-level documentation. Analyzes user interfaces, maintains hardware and software performance tuning, analyzes workload and computer usage, maintains interfaces with outside systems, and analyzes proposed system modifications and upgrades. Prepare detailed specifications and computer software programs. Senior-level application developer in an Agile Development methodology capable of working independently as well as with other technical staff to design, engineer, and support an end to end n-tier financial credit application. A strong and broad technical background and ability to seek-out best architectural solution will be very helpful in this position *Basic Qualifications *7 - 8+ years application development and implementation experience. *Minimum Qualifications *7+ years IT experience in enterprise application architecture, domain driven design, distributed applications development, test driven development, database development, and continuous integration and automation. 5+ years experience using ASP.NET/C#, SQL Server (T-SQL, Reporting Services) and an in-depth understanding of Client-Server technologies are required. 5+ years hands-on experience implementing specific development languages, frameworks, and methodologies which may include .Net Framework, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF), ASP.NET, IIS, and MVC Proven ability to write complex code, including the planning of work from initiation through implementation while demonstrating the ability to meet project completion dates with acceptable levels of supporting documentation and software quality. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask and effectively manage expectations. Demonstrated ability to work and or create ERD. Proficient analytical and problem solving skills. Proficient in the use of SQL Developer. Component & Object Oriented Development and an ability to understand and write UML models is required *Preferred Skills *2+ years experience in Investment Banking, Loan Syndication, or Portfolio Management preferred. Demonstrated understanding of the SCRUM and Agile Methodology. Basic Understanding of the MVC Pattern Basic Understanding of Banking and Credit Processes Ability to effectively communicate utilizing written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to work with ASP.NET/C#, SQL Server (T-SQL), Microsoft Reporting Services, and an in-depth understanding of Client-Server technologies.
