Full knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM suite. Knowledge of ITIL best Practices frameworks (ideally Foundations-certified). Ability to work independently without intensive oversight. Ability to take initiative on a regular basis finding ways to avoid problems proactively rather than just fixing them after the fact is a required skill. This includes: workflow definition, release upgrade skills, form and field definition skills, GUI definition and design, and understanding of user interaction.
