*Job Title: Sr.Java Developer Location: Portland,OR Duration: 12+Months Contract* ** * * *Client is looking for Sr. Java Developer who knows how to build/set up the environments for Developer, QA, prod and Pre- Prod.* ** *Required Skills:* •Experience working as a senior AE on multiple projects. •3 years' experience developing object-oriented, web-based consumer applications in a web services, Java/J2EE 3-tier environment. •Experience building environments •Experience with JBOSS preferred. Experience with Oracle/SQL desired. •Deep expertise in Object Oriented analysis and design, UML modeling, Classic design patterns and J2EE patterns •Technically capable with maximizing build quality and simplifying the build process through use of continuous integration tools (e.g. JUNIT, Ant, Maven, etc.) •Experience, interest and adaptability to working in a Waterfall or Lean/Agile delivery environment. Strong preference for multiple years of SCRUM/XP development expertise. •Successful track record collaborating with product owners, product managers and business SMEs to ensure delivered solutions optimally support the achievement of business outcomes •Passion and successful track of coaching, teaching, mentoring and learning •Commitment to and hands-on experience in performing technical quality reviews •Commitment to collaborate with other developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs •Experience estimating work, planning, organization and implementing complex MDM software projects •Strong Rational Unified Process (RUP) or other iterative methodology knowledge •Experience with Eclipse, JUnit, JMeter, XML, SOAP/REST Web Services, relational databases and SQL is preferred JBOSS and Oracle experience is highly desired •Diverse and deep experience utilizing Java tools in business, Web, and client-server environments including Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE), Enterprise Java Bean (EJB), JavaServer Pages (JSP), Java Servlets (including JNDI), and Java database Connectivity (JDBC) technologies •Fluent understanding of multiple development languages including Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and XML, and ability to write clean, eloquent, minimal code in a load-balanced environment to achieve value added business outcomes. ** ** Thanks & Regards, Naseer IT Technical Recruiter *CAT Technology Inc.
