Should have experience creating BRD documents and Functional Specifications. Review and update the Benefits Program, Benefits Plans etc. Review and assist with the vendor interface requirements, testing etc. Should be good at communication as the position will need a lot of client co-ordination. Experience implementing Benefits for Canada will be a great plus. *Position 2**:* *Responsibilities:* Functional resource to work on different projects involving PeopleSoft Modules like Payroll, HR, Benefits , Absence Management. Should be able to understand client requirements and translate it in to BRD and Functional Specification. Should be able to create test plans and perform testing of the changes once developed. Should be good at communication as the position will need a lot of client co-ordination.
