We really need a core BizTalk developer. Someone who has at least 4 years of
pure development and in different BizTalk technologies – BAM, Orchestration
processing, Business Rules Engine, etc.     They should also understand
common BizTalk terms and know how you would use them.   This person needs to
be able to troubleshoot issues quickly and should have some analysis/design
capabilities.   We are particularly looking for someone that knows BAM.

*BizTalk Integration Developer*

A leading contributor individually and as a team member, the Software
Engineer's work is non-routine, very complex and involves the application of
advanced technical/business skills in different areas of specialization.
Because of substantial customer interfacing, you must have a demonstrated
ability to work with customers on an independent basis with exceptional
communication skills, while consistently achieving the absolute highest
levels of customer satisfaction.



*Responsibilities:*

•         Designs, develops and supports large, complex applications or
integrated suites of applications for use by Kelly Services internal and
external customers.

•         Performs program analysis and design and creates program and
component specifications.

•         Performs software and data mapping and configuration
specifications and implements them into the software.

•         Performs technical design including program/module specifications,
data models, operations requirements, and information requirements using
standard techniques and tools.

•         Develops application/utility programs including coding, testing,
implementation and maintenance on complex systems.

•         Contributes to defining development standards.

•         Creates estimates and contributes to project planning, control and
status reporting for assignments/projects.



*Desirable qualifications and experience:*



*Technical*

•         Must have Microsoft BizTalk 2009, .NET, and C# experience.

•         Must have experience with BizTalk 2009 (including advanced
functoids, orchestrations, custom pipelines, adapters), BAM, MSI Scripts,
XSLT Microsoft Sharepoint and InfoPath a plus.
