Position 1: Senior BizTalk Developer 
Technical Skills 
.        Overall 8+ years of experience, out of which 5 + years in BizTalk. 
.        Expert in BizTalk 2010, handling High Volume Messaging. 
.        Experienced in configuring adaptors with multiple Send/Receive
ports (WCF, SOAP WebServices,  RESTful services, Database, FTP, Pipelines). 
.        Understanding of BizTalk best practices in building loosely coupled
solutions. 
.        Expert level experience with implementing Business Rules Engine
(BRE) (creating Policies & Rules). 
.        Working experience of Business Rule Composer. 
.        Experience in building Orchestrations using Business Rules Engine
(BRE). 
.        A deep understanding of the .Net framework with substantial
professional development experience in C#. 
.        Experience with SharePoint integration with ESB. 
.        Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) experience is desired. 
.        Create detailed integration test plans. 
.        Experience in real-time integrating multiple types of interfaces. 
.        Knowledge of Blaze rules engine is a plus. 
.        The ideal candidate will have in depth knowledge of the following,

Position 2: Senior SharePointDeveloper 
Technical Skills 
.        Overall 10+ years of experience, out of which 6 + years in
SharePoint. 
.        Expert level experience with SharePoint 2010. 
.        Ability to design SharePoint web-based business applications from
scratch for intranet, extranet, or internet users. 
.        Solid understanding of implementing security groups within
SharePoint 2010, tied to AD, SiteMinder. 
.        Considerable experience setting lists, libraries and custom views. 
.        SharePoint Designer Experience to build or customize Data Form Web
Parts, Workflows. 
.        Experience in custom WebPart development on the .NET 4.0 platform. 
.        Experience in develop solutions integrating BizTalk Server 2010. 
.        Ability to develop custom data forms using Business Rules Engine
(BRE) and BizTalk Orchestrations. 
.        Ability to work with the client object model using client side
development technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, ASP.NET, ADO.NET.

.        Experience in building Dashboards using PerformancePoint, Excel
Services and SSRS. 
.        Experience in defining and working with external lists using
Business Data Connectivity Services (BCS) is a must. 
.        Knowledge of creating, designing, customizing, and publishing
InfoPath forms. 
.        Knowledge of Blaze rules engine is a plus.

Reporting Services. 
.        Expert level experience inbuilding complex reports using SQL Server
Reporting Services (Graphical, Drill Through, Drill Down). 
.        Experience in building cubes using SSAS. 
.        Ability to write MDX queries 
.        Sharepoint presentation of SSRS reports 
.        Prepared entity relationship diagram of database, normalized the ER
Diagram, created tables, indexes &   views 
.        Strong programming skills in Experience working with SQL Server
tools such as Import/Export. 
.        Experience in writing Stored Procedures in Microsoft SQL Server
2008 
.        Strong concepts of Data Warehousing design and development. 
.        Ability to write DTS packages 

Must Have
