Detailed understanding of systems development lifecycles and Implementation methodologies 5. Ability to develop project plans and schedules for complex projects 6. Ability to forge close working relationships with business customers and promote the credibility/value add of IT within the business 7. Candidate should be capable of understanding of business requirements, identifying gaps with the standard SAP solution, creating Functional Specifications and managing their development cycle. 8. Effective communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and interpretation skills are required 9. Consultant must have positivie time management configuration experience 10.
