*DURATION: LONG TERM (STARTS AT 3 MONTHS AND COULD EXTEND FOR YEARS)* *RATE: $50/HR on C2C(BEST) * * * *REQUIRED: SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN IN A LEAD FOR AT LEAST THE LAST 4-5 YEARS.* * * *The Test Lead must be capable of solving complex project problems, and communicating concepts to audiences with mixed levels of technical & business abilities. The candidate must be recognized by his/her peers as an acknowledged “expert” in the area of testing. The candidate must have the ability to make sound decisions and to communicate the effect of those decisions to a broad audience. * * * *Service Orientation* *• Be able to “roll up sleeves” and execute detailed delivery tasks.* *• “Ramp up” quickly to a proficient level on new processes, tools and technologies.* *• Demonstrate high “Speed of Delivery” and the ability to effectively multi-task between different initiatives.* * * *Leadership and Entrepreneurship* *• Maintain a cooperative, “can do”, service-oriented attitude* *• Develop relationships with project leaders and team members, and be recognized as a technical and process authority and a valuable and available resource.* * * *Professional Communications / Attributes* *• Use mature professional language.* *• Demonstrate proficient writing skills (crisp and concise). * *• Demonstrate initiative to lead with only “high level” direction.* *• Understand when to speak and when to listen (listens effectively).* * * *Qualifications:* *The Test Lead must possess excellent problem solving and communication skills. The individual must be flexible, dependable, capable of multi-tasking, and quickly learning complex concepts.
