The position serves as the organization*s technology expert while supporting the implementation of the business solutions across the enterprise for our external markets/customers. Primary Responsibilities Serves as a technical support expert in Internet Information Services (IIS) platform, .NET and SharePoint technologies Collaborates with and provides SharePoint expertise to Information Technology management and application delivery experts to help implement and support custom end-to-end business solutions Helps provide process improvement and creates documentation appropriate for supporting websites. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned, as necessary Skills * (Developed or demonstrated while in the position) Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences at various levels within the organization Experience with integrating various technologies with Microsoft Office SharePoint Services (MOSS) Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills to resolve highly complex issues Demonstrated familiarity with server administration tools and processes Ability to gather, clarify and apply information transmitted verbally and written when working on assessing technical issues Ability to work effectively and independently with the assigned AMS team. Knowledge of approaches, tools and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and applying it to existing and emerging situations.
