*Job Title: BA/QA Analyst Location : Brecksville, OH Duration : 10 Months Contract interview process - phone then F2F Rate $45/HR* *Specific Requirements:* Deliverables: Must be able to develop the following: Business Process Flow documents Functional requirements documents (e.g System-level Domain Model documents, Component-level Use Case documents, System-level requirements documents, System-level functional design documents, Logical Data Model (vs. Physical Data Model) or Logical Entity Relationship Diagrams) Presentations/briefings Functional system specifications (not technical system specifications) Test Plans User Acceptance Criteria Checklist Feasibility studies Cost/Benefit Analyses Project plans COTS package evaluations Gap Analyses (functional requirements vs. COTS functions and features) Management reports Experiences: Proven track record of successful delivery of projects on-time, within budget, to specification, defect-free, and satisfying customer requirements. Use of tools: Intermediate-to-expert knowledge of the following set of tools used in this job: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (sometimes, but rarely), Project, Visio, defect reporting tools, SQL Query Analyzer. Customer Relations Skills: Decided customer service orientation in performing the job, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. Systems Knowledge: Broad knowledge of business systems, both functional and technical.
